Please make sure to inform me of what kind of art you want and provide plenty of references. Make sure to read TOS. Let me know if you plan on using this design commercially

♥ Any art made by penguinie is made for personal use only, unless discussed otherwise with the artist. Any reproduction of the art without the artist's permission is prohibited♥I have the right to reject a commission offer for whatever reason.♥ I work at a really slow pace, so your commission might take some time. That being said, the commissioner can ask about the process of the commission anytime.♥ I don't do refunds, unless i haven't started on the art just yet♥ Client must pay upfront at least 50% of the price of the commission for me to start working on it.♥ Client may have as many revisions during the process of the art-making, however, after the art is finished, every extra revision will be charged at 5-10€ depending on the complexity.♥Please provide me with references of your characters, preferably not text descriptions. Pose references are very appreciated too!♥ Nothing made by Penguinie shall be used in blockchain-related technology, such as NFT's, Cryptocurrency and other future inventions in that space.
